Delete an account

During private testing, email justinhoskins54@yahoo.com from the email used for your My Busy Nest account. Tell us you would like to delete your account. Do not include passwords, email codes, or children’s photos.

We will verify the request and explain its effect on shared family information before acting. In version 0.3.2, you can also open Family → Account & privacy → Delete my account. Request a fresh email code, verify it, and type DELETE to confirm. Account and family access are removed immediately; private photos and the sign-in account are cleaned up automatically, normally within several minutes. Temporary service errors are retried. If you are the last parent, the app also warns that your family space will be removed; the separate sign-in accounts of other members are not deleted.

Disconnect Google Calendar

A parent can open Calendar in My Busy Nest and disconnect the calendar. You can separately remove My Busy Nest under Google Account connections. This does not delete your Google calendar or its events.

Remove a family post

Open Board and remove the post. Authors can remove their own posts; parents can remove posts in their family. Other family members may already have seen or saved a copy.

Uninstalling is different

Removing the app only removes the installation on that device. Contact support to delete account information.
