Signing in
Use the email associated with your My Busy Nest account and enter the sign-in code from your inbox. Never send your password or sign-in code to support.
Joining your family
A parent opens Family and creates an eight-digit invitation. Each code is for one use and expires after 24 hours. Use a separate invitation for each new family account.
Connecting Google Calendar
In Calendar, a parent selects Connect Google Calendar, signs in to Google, grants read-only access, and chooses a calendar. Children can see that selected calendar without connecting their own Google account.
During private testing, Google access is limited to approved test accounts. If the app asks you to reconnect, a parent can reconnect from Calendar.
Notifications
Open Family on each device and enable notifications. Also allow notifications for My Busy Nest in your device settings. Delivery depends on your connection and device settings.
